What is your role in the organization?
I am the HR Manager at Advisa who is responsible for everything regarding Human Resources within the company. It is everything from recruitment processes to compensation and benefits.
Why do you think people should work at Advisa?
At Advisa, we value each other and are proud over what we accomplish. We are a small team of 50 people who radiate passion for our work and have a genuine interest for helping other people. Which is your favorite benefit?
The SL-card benefit is my favorite benefit. It is a great benefit for something that I always use and it is only Benify that can give me that benefit.
What is the best thing about your job?
The best thing about my job is the variation of responsibilities I have and that I work closely with the employees so I can see the impact my projects have first hand, for example when I introduced Benify.
